絕緣線芯識別
絕緣線芯采用顏色識別和數字識別
5芯及以下電纜的絕緣線芯采用顏色標志時，其優先選用的顏色和色序如下
兩芯電纜：無優先顏色
三芯電纜：綠/黃雙色、淺蘭色、棕色；或淺蘭色、黑色、棕色
四芯電纜：綠/黃雙色、淺蘭色、黑色、棕色；或淺蘭色、黑色、棕色、黑色或棕色
五芯電纜：綠/黃雙色、淺蘭色、黑色、棕色、黑色或棕色；淺蘭色、黑色、棕色、黑色或棕色
用數(shu)字識別，由內層(ceng)帶外層(ceng)從1開始按自然數(shu)序順時針方向(xiang)排列。數(shu)字標志顏(yan)色應與(yu)絕(jue)緣顏(yan)色有明(ming)顯的不同(tong)，優先采用絕(jue)緣顏(yan)色為黑色，數(shu)字為白色。

使用特性
電纜的額定電壓U0/U為450/750V
PVC絕緣電纜長期允許工作溫度不超過70℃
XLPE絕緣電纜長期允許工作溫度不超過90℃
安裝時環境溫度不宜低于0℃。
電纜安裝時的最小彎曲半徑：無鎧裝層的電纜應不小于電纜外徑的6倍。有鎧裝或銅帶屏蔽結構的電纜應不小于電纜外徑的12倍。有屏蔽層結構的軟電纜應不小于電纜外徑的6倍。
主要性能
成品電纜應經受交流3000V，5min電壓試驗不擊穿。
成品直流電阻應符合表3規定
絕(jue)緣線芯應能經受(shou)工頻(pin)火(huo)花試驗，試驗值見(jian)下表

根據雙方協議,允許以任何長度的電纜交貨.

線盤不允許平放
運輸中嚴禁從高處仍下裝有電纜的電纜盤，嚴禁機械損失電纜。
吊(diao)裝包(bao)裝件時嚴禁幾盤(pan)同時起吊(diao)。在車輛(liang)、船舶(bo)等運輸工(gong)具(ju)上，電纜盤(pan)必須放穩，并用合適(shi)的(de)方法固定，防止互撞或(huo)翻倒。
